We are a sourdough microbakery committed to baking with wholesome local ingredients. We use organic, sustainable and ethical practices where possible. Under Kosher Australia.
All our breads are handmade using a natural leaven, flour, salt and water and baked using traditional techniques on stone ovens. Our bakery is open most Friday mornings and breads can be preordered online. Details for each Friday bake as well as additional information about sourdough workshops are on our website.
Please understand your local artisan baker does their best under their circumstances while working with live wild cultures and preordering online does not always guarantee you will get your bread.
