Community Bakery
We are a sourdough microbakery committed to baking with wholesome local ingredients. We use organic, sustainable and ethical practices where possible. Under Kosher Australia.
All our breads are handmade using a natural leaven, flour, salt and water and baked using traditional techniques on stone ovens. Our bakery is open Wednesday and Friday mornings and breads can be preordered online the day before. Additional details for each bake as well as information about sourdough workshops or festival bakes are on our website.
Please understand your local artisan baker does their best under their circumstances while working with live wild cultures and preordering online does not always guarantee you will get your bread.
