WE BAKE A VARIETY OF SOURDOUGH BREADS, COOKIES, RUGELACH, BABKA, SWEET & SAVOURY PASTRIES & LOTS OF DIFFERENT CAKE ALL AVAILABLE IN THE SHOP. WE ARE OPEN EVERY WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY MORNING UNLESS IT’S A SPECIAL HOLIDAY SEE SPECIAL DATES.

WE HAVE AN OPTION FOR PREPURCHASING SOME OF OUR BAKED GOODS VIA ONLINE ORDER. THE MENU FOR PREPURCHASING OPENS ON THURSDAY MORNINGS & PICKUP IS THE NEXT DAY ON FRIDAY.

ZELDA ORIGINATED IN MAARYASHA'S GARAGE IN ELSTERNWICK IN 2018 AND HAS SINCE MOVED INTO A SHOP IN RIPPONLEA. ZELDA BAKERY IS COMMITTED TO BAKING FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY USING LOCAL INGREDIENTS AND SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES WHERE POSSIBLE.

ALL OUR BREADS ARE MADE USING A NATURAL LEAVEN, FLOUR, SALT AND WATER AND BAKED ON A STONE OVEN. ZELDA BAKERY IS KOSHER CERTIFIED CHALAV YISRAEL UNDER KOSHER AUSTRALIA.
